RK Productions works with publishers, institutions of higher ed, K-12 school districts, and educational non-profits to develop learning environments fueled by the innovative use of technology for teaching and learning.
We coordinate all activities related to end to end training and software development and design instruction using Blackboard, Moodle, Sakai, Oracle Learning Management (OLM), and UPK,(OnDemand) simulation software. We also produce interactive software, training manuals, web documentation and classroom instruction

As a research associate and software developer I am currently working on a Case Analysis Coach that helps students new to the case method to develop case analysis skills. I also present at the bi-annual "Art & Craft of Discussion Leadership" seminar.

As a project lead,and business analysis on new software releases my responsibilities include the design of business and functional specifications, working with software developers to ensure technical compatibility and tracking/resolving defects. Clients include Mass Mutual Life Insurance.

As the technology coordinator for the Center for Collaborative Leadership I manage the center's website, develop courses in blackboard and create collaborative environments for the Emerging Leaders program.
